Me!

I was born in 1984 - The Macintosh was released, George Orwell wrote a book titled '1984' and Rajiv Gandhi becomes Prime Minister of India.

In 1989 my family bought a Philips colour TV, it had 12 channels but only 2 were available at the time.

In 1990 I received my first computer, a Commodore Amiga 500+ It came bundled with Captain Planet and this is where my infatuation for technology began.

The rest is a blur, but what I do recall- is for the last 4 years I've been elbow deep in anything technology related, finding a good foothold in software, developing skills in various scripting languages like PHP, ActionScript and Lingo, while also being a firm believer in open standards, interoperability and other jazz associated with this other planet we call 'the web' I have finely tuned skills in Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator.

I like swimming and soon I'll be climbing. I love my Xbox 360 & I'm sort of hooked onto MTV reality shows, I always have tech podcasts synced on my iPhone and I'm ready to reply to emails at a seconds notice, the second most used application on my iPhone is Facebook, the first is TwitterFon.
